Any Brake Freaks ?

There still doesn`t seem to be BBK kits available for the diesel E90 models. Having looked at RealOEM for hours it seems the part No`s for the the hubs/sus. carriers etc. are identical no matter what size engine is specced. The only time the part No`s change is for the calliper/disc/calliper carrier when you move from 300mm discs to 330mm discs. Even then `tho the sus. carrier/upright/hub stays the same, so I`m guessing the only difference between the calliper carriers of the 330i and every other engine is the mounting holes at the calliper end. Now bearing in mind when you buy a BBK the calliper brackets are machined for the calliper they come with, does it stand to reason that the 330i kit should fit any E90.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Dude, a BBK conversion is like what it says on paper, a full conversion. The kit from a 330i will be compatible with a 330D. BBK for a 325 will also be compatible with a 330. It's not the caliper mounting holes, it's the length of the caliper carrier that differs to accomodate different disc sizes. So if you get a carrier that is specific for a disc size you choose, the kit will be a direct bolt on, just make sure your current wheels clear the caliper.

The only time it's different is the M3. This is because the dimension of the caliper mounting holes on the chassis end is different to the non-M range (experience from E46 only); hence, you need specific M3 caliper carriers.

Cheers Nick, I think the brakes on the D3 are standard 320d but every seller I email say they don`t have a kit for the 320d even stoptech themselves say the kit is still in "development", clearance shouldn`t be a problem as its on 19`s.
