I saw this clip a while back, its a great car, one of 2 that DA have done, the other one is in the link below, basically DA f**ked up the whole car (along with RMS) it has now just left AA and is running properly for the 1st time in 18 months or so and having cost not far from $100,000.
DA had it first and then RMS took over to sort out what DA had done wrong but RMS just made it worse so he took it to AA and they seem to have sorted it out, the main problem is obvious - it only runs on one SC not two but somehow AA have managed to sort it out running only one SC and its running 630BHP but it was a lot of heart ache to get it there.

Clicky (http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=51857)

Do a search on 'bbloch1114' started threads and you will see a lot about DA

Be interesting to see how this car turns out - my fingers are firmly crossed for the guy.

After doing months and months of extensive research into SC the M5 i come to a few conclusions: for reliability you HAVE to use 2 blowers as one is just straining the engine and the blower to much, if your gonna do it go to AA or Alutech for the kit - AA and Alutech's kits are almost identical, they use the same blowers on both kits (C30-74's).

DA have a lot to answer for in my opinion but the SC M5 in question in this thread is done very well - just dont get why they made such a mess of the other one they did!

Its gonna be incredibly tight! The car should be done the first or second week in august! But then its gotta for testing so it will really be very tight! Gonna be a monster though!

Why wasn't I impressed with that video?

Surely a stock M5 and a stock m3 at full pelt, the result would be the same no? I've been in Tin's and I know for a fact that even with the mods he has (which are impressive), it'll spank an M3 all without a supercharger.

I'll be more impressed with an SC M5 vs Modded NA M5 vs. Stock M5 to show the value of the SC

All in good time, i'll have plenty of various comparison videos and a sh*t load of times/stats for various timed runs (0/60 0/100 1/4 mile etc), and i have even remembered to do timed runs with the cars as standard to do like for like direct comparisons as the mods are installed on the car. Should make interesting reading!
