want to get a remap for me car, whats the best place? how much will it cost? what bhp increase will i see and will i get better bhp? will it affect warranty??

There are various re-mapping people but I have heard good things about E-Maps (http://www.e-maps.co.uk)
and judging from their information you will expects to see depending on your base model:

2.0d
BHP Before : 150
lbft Before : 330
BHP After : 180
lbft After : 390

2.0d
BHP Before : 163
lbft Before : 340
BHP After : 196
lbft After : 400
