View Full Version : New wheels are ordered

After much diliberation I have today ordered 4 BBS CH's 8.5 x 19" et 35 with 235/35/19 SP9000's all round, they should be here on Tuesday.

I really wanted the 9.5" rear but having had one on the car today the rim was actually out past the arch line so I went 8.5" on the rear.

All I need now is a drop on the suspension, just not sure which springs to go for, any suggestions are welcome.

Good choice on the wheels (but then I guess I'm biased :D ), As for a drop you really can't go wrong with Eibach (either Prokit if you want to play it safe or Sportline if NOT).

congrats :D :D..... but you should have gone with a higher offset and fit on the 9.5's :D Deeper dish on the back looks [cool.

I really wanted the 9.5" but even with the 40 offset they were out past the arch. I just didn't think that even with an arch roll they would fit!

You definitely made the right choice going for 19", 18" alloys just look sooo small nowadays .. :p

hmmm Invisible kid had 10J hm2's rears on his old 323i! (Now 330 Singh has them on his 330ci) Although the offset was 44. I would have thought 40 would be fine on 9.5's as long as you rolled the arches and used say falkens :D.

Either way there still sweet rims and in 19 inch they will look the nuts :D

The 9.5 should have fit with a 40 offset. Mine are 10j rears with a 34 offset and can still take spacers. Im running falkens though.
