Just got the car back after further upgrades and work, see what you think :

- Complete respray
- Custom vented front wings
- Additional water injection feed to supercharger intake
- Boost increased to 10.0 – 10.5 psi
- Secondary blow off valve fitted near intercooler to cope with effects of extra boost
- Hamann side skirts
- Overdrive (10%) water pump pulley to drive cooling system a little harder for improved cooling at sustained high revs
- Air – cool feed into the coil cover to keep coils cool and efficient at high speeds
- PWR enlarged radiator
- Bigger supercharger and engine oil coolers for extra safety
- Kenne Bell fuel pump module ( allows in cabin adjustment of fuel pressure to tailor fuel mixture for extreme climatic or track conditions)
- NITRON RACE coilover suspension, 24 way fully adjustable front and rear.

The car runs even smoother and sharper now, with the extra dump valve making an arguably sweet sound on run down, and the new front wings seem to turn heads quite a bit. We will take a new power run soon to see what improvements to engine power have occurred. We are hoping to hit 540 – 550bhp at flywheel.

But the best of ALL the mods has to be the NITRON suspension, which we had fitted at their headquarters and will be featured soon in BMW CAR magazine. This range is genuine race – developed hi – tech stuff http://www.caauto.reflex-hosting.net/single_prod-cHJvZF9pZD0yNDc3.html; we were pleased enough with the Bilstein PSS9 and KW kits on there for last 2 – 3 years, but this new set up is something else again, almost telepathic, smooth, precise and communicative as hell. . The only thing we know of that comes anywhere near in feel and performance is the Dutch INTRAX suspension systems.. Certainly on the road the Nitron is the equal of Intrax, which says an awful lot. The Nitron may seem a little expensive but it does include top front camber mounts

The quality and improvement in performance of the Nitron kit was immediately apparent even though we have only done a few hundred miles so far, so we imagine it will only get better after it has settled in and we have had a chance to play with the settings a little.

cheers Phil

Not feeling those Phil, looks like someones kicked the wing in. :D

The Bannana must be rapid now, thought it was already at 540 HP tho ? Or are you talking about power at the wheels ??
