Defi Boost?

Hi, this might be a silly question but...
do you have to have a Defi controll unit for the Boost gauge to work??

yeah mate you need the controll unit as well, you can also add more gauges to the unit if you want , the defi stuff is really good

yes you definitely need a defi control unit for it to work, get a 2nd hand one from somewhere like scoobynet, there are always tons of things like that for sale in there :)

also... i was looking at the racer gauges, i only want the boost gauge tho.
what controll unitwould i need?

no you dont necessarily need a defi control unit, it depends which gauges you're running. I have the oil pressure and 2.0 bar boost gauge in the silvia and they do require the control unit which allows you to set peaks, warnings, record laps, change brightness etc etc so they are pretty cool but the Defi blue racer range dont need a control unit:
