The shoddy service from the dealer, and the way the car was handed over to me, Scuffed bumper, dent still not fixed, overspray on the rear quarter panel, two different coloured doors!

Hi Mate, Have you tried calling them, When i got my first M3 I had shed loads of trouble with it. I complained to the dealer principle but as you my know they don't give a toss:mad: , so I called BMW customer services and gave it to them both barrels:) , ended up with a good deal out of BMW dealer in Bradford.

BMW customer service number i used 4 years ago is 01344426565.

Hope you get it sorted.

Justin had similar trouble when he bought his M3....I can't remember whether it was the same stealership.

Contacting BMW GB directly is a good move if the DPs aren't any use. Let us know how you get on.
