Anybody know the wheel bolts specs for the E46??

As per title. I need to know the specs for a standard E46 wheel bolt.

i.e. - thread type, Hex size, thread length, seat type. Any takers?

M12 x 1.5 17mm Hex, 26mm shank 60 degree conical seat 52mm overall length.

You went one better and gave me the overall length too! So if I was intending to run spacers I would just have to make sure the thread length is longer by the spacer's size?

i.e if I want to run 5mm spacers my thread length will need to be 31mm? Could it be longer than this?

Yes mate, don`t go too long `tho or the bolts will catch on the centres of the stone guards.

You might have trouble running 5mm spacers. The chamfer on an oem wheel will no longer locate properly on the spigot.

Not a problem if you are using a reducing hubcentric spacer on aftermarket rims though.
