Not being able to afford a detail just yet, I took to giving it a clean myself
The paint is in very good condition not many scratches and if there are some they are very light. No real serious stone chips. Only 3 small dinks all in the doors
What I used
- Dodo Juice Pre Wax Cleanser
- Dodo Juice Super Natural Wax
- Auto Glym Tyre Dressing
- Auto Glym Vinyl And Rubber Care
- Auto Glym Alloy Wheel Seal
- Mer Alloys Wheel Wax
- Meguiars Deep Crystal Polish
My main concern was to protect the paint and make it a bit easier for me to clean

First I washed the dirt off with a jet washer, once the dirt was all gone I used Zymol car shampoo with a mitt and the two bucket method. I then rinsed with the jet washer again and dried with a micro fiber drying cloth.
After this I proceeded to treat the paint with the Dodo juice pre wax cleanser, this was to strip back all the rubbish that previously may have been put on the car . This stuff takes alot of work but is well worth it as it contains Micro Abrasives which helps remove some of the stuck on crap.
I then followed up with Meguiars deep crystal polish, part of the three stage system
After this I applied Dodo juice super natural wax with my fingers, this takes bloody ages to complete. But working it with your fingers lets you make sure every panel is completely covered

After buffing off I was rather happy with the result, the car looks spot on and should tie me over till I can get a detail

I also gave the wheels a quick going over after cleaning with Mer Wheel Wax and Auto Glym Alloy wheel seal, this should stop brake dust sticking for a bit.
Im so happy with this car was utterly gutted when I had to sell the GTII, but I really have taken to the Z3 M. Cant wait till I have a job again then the fun can really start :D
