theres a debate going on in the m3forum.net about fitting e46 m3 rears on the front but nobodys very sure if it will work am sure someone on here will know curious my self cheers colin:)

They fit and people use them like that on track days but I would question the logic in using them on the road in that config. I know that Steve Gill (white CSL) and Gaute (drives the wrapped CSL with 93 on the doors) have run their cars at the 'Ring like this but again, I would see no reason to run them on the road like that.

Could someone who is handy with photoshop please do an M3 with rear wheels (concave dish) on the front??

ave got 2 full sets in my garage with tyres and csl s on my car just know if i can be bothered al try them at the weekend al put 4 backs on it and take some pics :D :D

ive seen this on cutters to . think some one has purchased the rims on there and doing it soon .

not sure why they are debating on the m3forum, as obioban did this on his car years ago. you need some camber to clear the arches, and i believe you cant do a full lock.
i have 3 sets of 18s, might do it in the future ;)

I would assume so, but they have wider arches.
I wouldnt recommend it on the road. I have 245s at the front on my ps2's rims, and it drags a lot more when turning the wheel. Not very nice on the road, but awesome on track. Bear in mind the rears would be 255 at the front. My road rims are have now got 225's and its a nicer drive.

A few of the boys on M-Torque run rear wheels on the front's for trackdays as it's meant to be stunning handling wise on track, tho for the road would be a nightmare, I certainly wouldn't do it.
