Well some of you know i been after this for a long time specially Durgesh, i have bugged him on numerous occasions on how to go about it.

Well luckly for me i didnt have to wait for as long as Durgesh and some others for dvla to release my plate with me bugging them everyweek. After having a go at the lady at dvla at then end of 2008, she promised the plate would be inculded in the next auction.

True to her word it was available, and well i bid on it what some may think is stupid for a number plate but for me it is my ultimate plate.

I am also sick and tired of getting pulled for my doctored plate U 2 NVY. So this plate needs no doctoring at all.

My name is Moeen the plate i got....

Moe that is a brilliant plate top work mate :) And as others have said you will keep it forever.

I was lucky enough to get a 'normal' style private plate that pretty much spells my name.

S8AAN for SHAAN

But that was very cheap :) Either way I'll be keeping this plate forever!

I bought it in late 2001 / early 2002. It was £250 :)
Back then there were loads available but I was at uni and couldn't afford to buy another one or two to keep on retention! Wish I had to be honest!

Top Plate, doesnt matter what you spent on it because you probably wont sell it will you.

Ive had my plate for 3 years now (21st birthday present) which includes my intials. I wouldnt swap it for anything.

However LJK1 was up for sale recently.(£24.5k was a little over budget at the time :O)

Moe, great news! Well done!

And don't worry if you think you spent a lot on it. The longer you have it, you will realise it's the best money you ever spent in your life.

That's how I feel.. anywayz..

Congrats Again.
