My rear trailing arm bushes are getting pretty tired, and was wondering what's the best course of action. I'm thinking next early next year about a heavy rework of the suspension, (bushes, dampers, spring, role bars). It's a sport, so am wondering if I should just replace then with OEM sport ones, then next year change all of them, or upgrade now with Powerflex or Rouge Engineering, then do the rest at a later date. Will upgraded ones be work with sport suspension set up?

RTAB, I suggest sticking to OEM. They last long enough once you've changed out the original ones.
Powerflex RTAB can split given the amount of 'squeezing' force exerted on them, unlike the front bushes.
Example pics on an E36.
How it should look.
