What do you guys think of this break-in method?

Technically the engine is already broken in as its ran for x hours before going in the car.

Not sure on this method though.

that is the best way to break in an engine apparently.

i always thought the engine was broken in before the customer was given the keys.. well on all modern cars anyway...
