we have just been made aware of thi slittle devise that basically motorises a laser jammer install so you can hide the unit from Poilce ast flick of a switch .

we have tried it on a 996Porsche but see no reason why it cant be used on most cars ....useful with all the upcoming legislation I feel ......

Cost will be around £120 ....final cost not yet set

i have tried to attach a small movie , not sure if will work ;)

ok thought that may not work

right , see the black box ? That is the motor / solenoid pack , and the red item represents the laser or radar detector . When the motor is activated it pulls the unit up out of sight behind the bumper or drops it back down into view and "attack" mode

hmmm ...I think I can come up with moreuses for this little device ..perhaps a small "anti - cut me up " firearm :)

any more ideas ?

But I thought the 'real' danger is not caught possessing one but suspected of possessing one. You car will be taken apart until they find something similar. With a garage door opener or flood lights switch, you can argue with the police if they are wrong, they have to take full responsibility of their action of tearing your car down. With this, it'll be difficult to explain?

Yeah, surely the way to go is a garage door opener as it does "what it say's on the can", let them prove otherwise?
