Powerflex bushes or standard

I'm going off to Le Mans in june for four days and i'm driving the M5 over there. Before i go i wanna give it a good going over. I have just over the past couple of days noticed a kinda knocking when your on a bumpy road, think its one of the bushes. Is it worth me putting powerflex bushes in or shall i just stay with the orriginals.
