There was a tutorial a while back (I think on this forum) anyway you take a desktop piccy of the one of the models from the cars movie, nab the eyes and the face then photochop the bits together. You need to do a bit of transforming to fit the eyes and face to match the car. I also did a bit of colour replace to match the colours up a bit. :)

I really like the Pixar film Cars so rather than use one of the characters as my desktop background I made some of my cars :)
