After putting up the thread the other day about the pdc not working, i'v found that the two inside sensors on the rear are not working. Whats the easyest way to remove them?

I think it's a bumper off job - no other way around it. I could be wrong though!

Not neccessarily. Remove the sport rear valance and you can reach them from underneath (might be a stretch though especially the outer most PDCs). I managed to unclip them from my 335d, with a few scratches to my armpit :p

The E46 (coupe) ones are an utter bastard. They are pretty securely clipped in and even with the diffuser removed they are very awkward to even touch. I actually snapped the holder off of my bumper and luckily Andy (ice cold) saved my ass with a tube of 'get out of shit' glue (his words) :D . We unclipped the sensor from the holder and bonded the holder back in place. So, in short it is a bitch of a job without removing the bumper - can't specifically say if the M5 is as awkward but I suspect it will be.
