Big thanks to Teddy again for finally finding a set of bright white bulbs for the E39 :D :D .They make a huge difference  ,I have hated the yellowish look ever since the headlights were replaced last year.

Massive improvement. Stupid question, what's that blue thing on top of your engine in the second pic where the oil cap is?

Before the lorry reversed into my car last year my headlights unclipped but the new ones are moulded so you cant seperate them for new rings.Teddy had trouble finding bright bulbs for the e39,but he eventually came up with the goods :D as usual
any idea what kind of bulbs? heard some burn the bulb holder (reason i went for the P-ICE kit)

looks good Mark. What kit did you go for in the end? I considered Umnitza, but a load of guys on M5Board are singing the praises of angel iBrights which i am considering as they are literally just a replacement bulb!
cheers
