Thanks mate.
Sounds like a worthwhile mod – they are like £300 odd though, then its fitting about £100 I would say? (2 hours to fit)

With turbo cars / forced induction I believe it is a worthwhile mod to keep the charge temps down therefore making the air dense on the intake.

Worth checking out some jap forums dude. There's nothing they don't know about getting every last bhp via forced induction, they'll be able to offer you some advice.

Jubs,
Try : sxoc.co.uk (http://www.sxoc.co.uk/vbb) or Scoobycity (http://www.scoobycity.co.uk/phpBB2/index.php)
Really any of theforced induction Jap car forums will have the knowledge of this.
Has water injection been discussed on the TTOC (http://www.ttoc.co.uk/) ?

Quite true, I noticed that when i used to visit there for my dad when he had his TT, not many engine modder's as such.
Have you had a boost gauge fitted at all, good for keeping an eye on those boost levels.

I have a Water injection system on my Renault, works really well to stop Det
You'd be better off buying a larger or more efficient intercooler as a way of reducing you inlet temps, setting up a water /methanol system is not as easy as bolting it on and away you go.
Have you thought about getting remapped using methanol ? It's easly available, and I found some very good gains to be had from running 10-15% methanol and SUL.
