DAMNNNNNN!!!
I also heard that from August anyone in the UK that wants to pass their driving licence have to take driving lessons for at least one year so maybe that will help reduce the number of accidents...

I suspect that its highly unlikely to reduce anything to be honest
what euro n cap safty rateing are they
bloody hell, serves him right if he was driving like that much of a pillock tbh...
how does a 17yo get a 335i anyway :@ I'm sat here in a pug ffs!
hmm and the 1 year thing is a pile of shit if you ask me. Everyone will just take 1 lesson on their 17th bday and then learn the rest whenever they want to, and totally get around it. Besides that - I passed from start to finish in 3 months and consider myself a good driver, who is to say its purely experience that makes you good. Its pure common sence and intellect if you ask me. There can be dosey woman in their 30s who are fucking atrocious drivers, yet they could have driven for 14 years. The 1 year thing wont make a bit of difference, its a crock of shit.

true say and this law will increase the number of drivers on the road with no licence because they dont want to wait for a year!

how does it serve him right, u dont know about the condition etc. Wat a pathetic comment to make about someone that died from it.

have to agree here, he did not deserve to die no matter what, we have all done daft things but lived to tell the tale , unlike this guy.

On the other forums i visit it was listed on there
Apparently the car was registered in his dads name and is a 2007 car. ( the car was purchased in america which means you can have a 540 and your insurance will still be reasonable )
the story said he was "late" for a family thing and was doing in advance of 140mph..................................
Ouchies is all i can say and R.i.p to the 2 guys who so sadly lost their lifes. my thoughts go out to their family/s.
Becareful guys, the temptation is there to let your car "go" but please save it for the track for your wild driving

they seem to be able to get in the seat of anything over there. half of the M3 guys on e46fanatics are 18yr olds still at college or summat.

If you have the cash then buy it - nothing wrong with a young person in a nice car. :)

What a terrible sight :( . At the end of the day, regardless of how it was driven a 17 year old has died needlessly :( .
On another note, one year of lessons, what a load of crap - don't believe that will happen. You don't properly start learning to drive until the day you pass your test and start driving on your own.

Unbelievable pics, his poor family :(
EDIT: Actually I just found the story and apparently a 17 year old male passenger also died. What a waste of young lives :(

Just hope they didn`t suffer too much, we all push too hard sometimes, sometimes we`re lucky enough to catch it, sometimes we stack it. Loosing it completely at that sort of speed must`ve been absolutely terrifying. :(
