Right

Previous from questions, a couple of you have mounted it in the space to the right of the boot, on top of battery cover - how did u manage that? Even without the brackets - its a squeeze to push it in, and then i have no means to secure it!!

I ended up screwing it into the passengers side rear fold down seat. BUT BUT BUT - i measured it all up, for clearance etc and screwed it in. BUT - when i went to push the seat up and lock back into place, 1 of the brackets caught on the bit of metal below the headreast!! Nightmare. I took this bracket off, and not i can ALMOST push the seat back, but it cant CLICK back into place, due to the BOTTOM of the basslink now touching the floor of the boot!!

HELP - what did i do wrong?

not sure about the battary cover location but i did make a custom panel to sit on the right hand side of the boot with contouring edges to butt up against the side of the boot and with a flat side to bolt the bass link on to.

a bit of a drama but looks clean when finished.

hope this helps

Looks good hey? We need to secure it a bit more to stop it moving (.5cm) when I build up to 3g around corners :D

Good thing about this, is that no marks / damage / holes are made to the car when you come to remove the kit.
