Anyone know where to get these from?
Anyone fancy a group buy if a supplier can get these?

Asked by someone quite recently, but both myself and Alex got ours from Roy, think one or two others got some from there also.

just for interest, has anyone painted their headlamp surround in bodycolour?

Someone did that I think, can't remember who. The painted it silver, I'm sure, someone with a memory better than mine (over 5 minutes long) must remember? Was it Mitsu?

i know ian ( ian79a ) painted his red but cant remember who done theres silver :D

Durgesh had Silver surrounds on his vert, but they were OEM parts. They are standard on 330Ci SE spec cars, and they looked awesome.

I think Ian has painted his red, not sure if anyone else has bodycoloured them.

I had the silver one's on my 330ci sport when i bought it, they'r called Titan line, when i smashed one of the lights, my local stealer didn't even know they existed. cut a long story short, i couldn't get one, so there both now black. Didn't like the silver one's anyway.:p

did u have to use any heat resistant paint or anything?

we've got a can of topaz blue spray paint might give it a go.

Hi Dave :) I really cannot make my mind up about it, the problem is it sit's in the garage all winter:( but when i look at it i change my mind :rolleyes: . i have not advertised it, But i have told one or two people about the sale and if someone come with the money then it will probably go.

What's this about your post, with the bonnet, have you been treating your self ;) :p

Yeah I bought a colour coded one from the states. :cool:

My local bodyshop painted them when i was getting my front splitter and kidney grilles done, just ordinary paint and laquer.

They've been in there nearly a year now with no signs of any defects cropping up.

Mine are also painted velvet blue same as the car. Also sprayed by the Talanted Individual One (Cheers again mate).

all coupe carbon headlight inserts coming are pre-sold, sorry gents. Only E46 saloon 98-01 and 01-04 versions left.

I'll order some more in if someon needs them...:o

Im 90% sure we do both pre and post facelift inserts in carbon.....i'll find out tomorrow when im back in the office & post some prices :)
