Hi guys,

I am looking to buy a new car and have seen this one it seems really nice but I am just not sure about the price and spec etc is it value for money? as this is the first time I would be buying a car from a dealership. Any advice would be much appreciated!

my one opinion is hold off for a few months. The new coupe is out, that's going to effect the e46 BADLY so if you're not in a rush, wait a few months and that'll be a £15k car

That one's not bad, but yeah it'll be a lot cheaper in the spring. Don't fret over the spec, that model is pretty popular, you'll have plenty to choose from and the beauty about buying from a dealer is, that if you find a car you like anywhere in the country, they'll ship it to your local dealer for free once you've paid a deposit of £500-1000 on the car. :)

So in 3 months they will knock 8k off... Don't think so.

As Dan said just wait and look all over the country for one..Good luck

where did I say "3 months"? And yes, by April / May, that will have lost minimum £5k, most likely more

I Always thought a "few" months was about 3. If my work said I was getting a pay rise in a few months.. I would be knocking on that door after 89 days :D
