330Ci suspension Transfer?

Hey Guys, Just Thought I'd pick your brains. Would the front and rear suspension of a 2004 330 Ci Sport fit a 1999 328Ci? I'm thinking of getting coilovers, since I have a little spare cash after my wheel debacle, and it would seem such a waste to bin my OE suspension.
I thought I'd transfer it to my GF's E46. Would it fit?

Certainly will. My KONI shocks are from my last 328Ci and they fit straight on the 330 no probs. The springs will fit too (but as mine was a D I had to buy new springs).

It should. mine's a facelift model;)

Yep, does apply to the facelift as they still use the same suspension set up.
